Operation steps 1.Drive the vehicle into a place where the air source can be connected, and the construction personnel wear goggles, masks, and disposable gloves to enhance their professionalism.； 2.Start the engine, turn on the air conditioner AC refrigeration switch, check whether the air conditioner system and electronic fan are working normally, and preheat for 10 minutes； 3.Remove accessories around the condenser, such as the front center grid, upper cover or front bumper, for easy construction； 4.Prepare the cleaning equipment and condenser maintenance kit, and use an air gun to blow the dust and flocculation between the surface of the condenser and the water tank.； 5.Connect the equipment to compressed air, adjust the pressure to about 5bar, remove the equipment nozzle and select the nozzle and direct injection nozzle corresponding to the construction angle； 6.Pour the condenser cleaning agent into the corresponding liquid storage tank, turn on the switch, evenly spray the cleaning agent between the surface of the condenser and the water tank, and wait for 10 minutes for the cleaning agent to completely dissolve the dirt in the condenser blade.； 7.Pour the condenser flushing agent into the corresponding liquid storage tank, turn on the switch, and spray evenly in the gap between the surface of the condenser and the water tank.； 8.After the construction of the flushing agent is completed, pour the condenser protective agent into the corresponding liquid storage tank, turn on the switch, and spray evenly in the gap between the surface of the condenser and the water tank.； 9.After the construction is over, use an air gun to blow dry the moisture on the surface of the condenser and the pressure sensor plug (pay attention to the fan, the remaining moisture needs to be blown dry) 10.Start the engine, turn on the AC switch of the air conditioner, keep it for 10 minutes, blow out the residual moisture around the fan again, install the spare parts, and the construction is over. | ||
