Working principle When using the designated cleaning fluid, the engine lubrication system cleaning equipment can remove carbon deposits, glue deposits and other deposits and binders on the engine lubrication system and each friction surface.It is simple to operate and easy to use. Just use a set of connecting joints to connect to the engine's oil filter interface to work.There is no need to let go of the old engine oil when cleaning the engine. After the cleaning is complete, let go of the old engine oil and replace it with a new engine oil.When the engine is running at idle speed, the mixture of oil and cleaning fluid circulates through the entire engine lubrication system (including the engine valve cover, valve series, crankcase inner surface and all other lubricating surfaces), and the carbon deposits, glue deposits and other harmful substances in various parts of the engine lubrication system will be cleaned down and filtered out by the filters in the cleaning equipment. The compressed air cleaning system can discharge the remaining oil and cleaning agent in the engine through the oil outlet at the bottom of the engine oil tank. The cleaning equipment uses the engine's own oil pump to clean the engine's lubrication system.In order to help better clean the engine's lubricating oil circuit, the cleaning equipment can measure the pressure of the engine's own oil pump through its pressure gauge. Characteristics and functions of the cleaning system 1．Cleaning fluid storage tank: it can store cleaning fluid or pre-lubricating fluid. 2．Cleaning fluid/pre-lubricating filling switch: When the switch arrow is pointed to “NO", add the cleaning agent in the fuel tank to the car lubricating oil channel.Stop working when pointing to "OFF". 3．Air cleaning switch: When the arrow of this switch is pointed to “NO”, the compressed air can remain in the engine. All the residual cleaning agent mixture is blown out of the lubricating oil channel of the car.When it points to “OFF”, it stops working. 4．Pressure gauge: Shows the oil pressure when the engine is idling during the cleaning process. 5．Compressed air INTERFACE (AIR INLET): Connect the air source. 6．Oil return pipeline: Use a suitable connector to connect to the connection port of the filter (10mm). 7．Pressure line: Use a suitable connector to connect the line to the color-marked screw filter connection To the center interface (12mm). 8．Filter: The filter element is used to clean the engine. | ||
