Since the pressure of the raw gas will fluctuate within a certain range, in order for the subsequent equipment to operate smoothly, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the raw gas entering the plant to stabilize its inlet pressure.

LNG is the process of converting gas into liquid by cooling it to a certain temperature (about -161.5℃, which is related to pressure). The volume of LNG is about 1/600 of the volume of the same amount of gaseous natural gas, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
◆ Refrigerant Proportioning Skid
Refrigerant proportion refers to the proportion of different refrigerant composition in the natural gas liquefaction process. Reasonable refrigerant proportion can improve the refrigeration efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the plant.
◆ LNG Loading Skid
The LNG coming from the liquefaction cold box is loaded into the LNG tanker or LNG storage tanks by loading arms.
◆ DCS Control System
DCS, SIS, FGS, CCTV systems are set for central control and safety supervision for the whole plant.
