Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
A1: Our MOQ is 50pcs,smaller quantity can you negotiated as your request and we could make your own designs.
Q2: Can you do OEM or ODM for me?
A2: We accept all OEM/ODM orders, just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
Q3: Do you provide size chart?
A3: Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here.
Q4: Can you print our logo on the product?
A4: Sure, we can print your own logo. Pls send your logo design to us for sampling.
Q5: Do you provide samples?
A5: Yes,You can buy a sample so that you can get a better understanding of our products. And we will return the sample cost whenever you place the bulk order.
Q6: What's the lead time for the customized samples and how do you charge?
A6: Normally it will take 3-5 days for sampling. Our sample cost is 35-50USD/pc.
Q7: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A7: It depends on your order's quantity. Normally, for OEM/ODM orders, our production lead time is around 20-25days during high seasons, 15-20 days during low seasons. The RTS products can be shipped within 7 days.
Q8. What's your monthly capacity?
A8. We have 10 production lines and could do around 400 thousand pcs each month.
Q9. How do you control your quality?
a.we have experienced QC team
b.We will do the inhouse testing or send fabrics and trims to test house before production
c.During the production, we have QC for each line checking the quality
d.before packing, we will also check the quality and each piece will go through the metal detector.
Q10: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
A10: Normally we ship the goods by DHL express which only takes around 5-7 days reaching.Charges depends on your good's weight, volume and the destination you are going to arrive.
Q11: What are your payment terms?
A11: Our payment terms: TT, WU, Money gram, but PayPal only for sample order.30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment.Also we are now using Trade Assurance. You can pay the payment through my Alibaba.
Q12: How about your After sales service?
A12: If there's any quality issues, please let us know within 7 days, we will
in charge of the rework fees or remake new ones to you.
