PU Sandwich panels are widely used in commercial and industrial building construction as external walls, roofs, and
ceilingpanels.Due to the excellent performance of the insulation, PU(polyurethane) sandwich panels are commonly adopted for heat insulation and deadening applications in these buildings,such as food cold stores,industry halls, warehouses, logistic centers,offices, sport halls as well as rural buildings.BRD Sandwich panel comprises of two steel sheets facings and an insulation core.Panel facings are made of galvanized steel sheet,coated with polyester paint, thickness from 0.3 to 0.7 [mm] made in accordance with norm PN-EN 10346:2009. The steel we use to produce our panels are delivered by biggest china steel concerns. The core of the panel can be made of polyurethane foam (PUR) or (PIR) with density of about 40 ± 2 [kg/m3] is produced by our own factory.
