Backboard specification: 1800mm×1050mm, backboard with international high strength safety tempered glass backboard specification: 1800mmx1050mm, and the side of the backboard is covered with EVA protective rubber strip anti-aging and not fading, which can effectively protect the athletes from injury when dunking, and the 40mm wide aluminum profile of the outer border of the backboard is pressed by mold. Basket ring: The basket ring is made of Φ18mm solid round steel, and the ring is welded with a circular arc net hook formed by stamping, 12 sections are evenly distributed to leave appropriate gaps, with nylon basketball net, strong and durable, anti-aging. The hoop has good bending resistance and is fixed horizontally on the backboard. After shot blasting and rust removal, the surface of all steel parts is finished by electrostatic epoxy powder spraying on the automatic spraying line. The coating thickness is 70-80um, the pencil hardness is 2H, and the salt spray test is 36 hours. The coating film does not change, and the corrosion on one side of the grid is <2mm. |
