Product Description
The PHYM series Foam Bladder Tank consists of pressure tank, bladder, proportional mixer, safety valve, exhaust valve, pressure gauge, one-way valve , various control valves and pipes. It is mainly used in the mining , paper making, petroleum, chemical industry, underground garage and other places. It is a device for mixing the foam liquid with the pressure water and the foam mixing liquid in a certain proportion. The bladder separates the foam liquid and water. If the foam liquid has not be used out on time, it can be used continuously next time. Besides, the mixing accuracy is stable and reliable. Such Foam Bladder Tank has wide flow pressure and small pressure lost. It has been widely applied in various high, medium and low multiple foam extinguishing systems.
Bladder tanks are available in Horizontal and Vertical mounting with a completely pre-piped option. These are very commonly used in low expansion foam fire fighting systems.

Foam Bladder Tanks offer a reliable and simpler method of foam proportioning. The Bladder Tank system includes a pressure-rated tank with an internal elastomeric rubber bladder.
Upon system actuation, incoming water applies pressure to the rubber bladder, which supplies pressurized foam concentrate to the foam proportioning device (ratio controller). The foam ratio controller meters the foam concentrate into the fire water line, creating a foam solution. The solution is then piped to the discharge devices protecting the hazard area.
