(1) What's your payment term ?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C.For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.
(2) How can I place order ?
Send floor plan -- Design -- Order Confirm -- Sign contract -- Pay deposit -- Production -- Paybalance -- Loading -- Delivery.
(3) What's your delivery time ?
Normally indoor playground equipment takes about 20 working days.
(4) Is there any warranty for the indoor playground equipment?
Yes, our quality guarantee is 3 years for frame & 2 years for accessories. We will provide you free customized design according to your location.
