Tri-layer laminated non-woven fabric for disposable surgical gowns.
This disposable surgical gown fabric is made of a unique three-layer composite structure, carefully combined with PP (polypropylene) non-woven fabric, breathable PE or TPU film, and PP non-woven fabric, providing excellent protective performance and comfortable experience for medical surgical environments.
1. Outer layer PP non-woven fabric
It has excellent barrier performance and can effectively block external dust, droplets, and microorganisms, preventing them from entering the surgical area and providing the first strong line of defense for the surgical process. Meanwhile, its soft texture and excellent wear resistance ensure the durability of the surgical gown during use.
2. Intermediate breathable membrane
This key layer endows the product with excellent breathability, keeping medical staff dry and comfortable during prolonged surgical operations, reducing stuffiness and discomfort. Breathable membranes also have good ability to block liquid penetration, effectively preventing the penetration of pollutants such as blood and body fluids, and ensuring the safety of medical staff. We have general performance PE film, also have high performance TPU film for option.
3. Inner layer PP non-woven fabric
When in contact with the skin, it feels soft and has good skin friendly properties, which can reduce friction and irritation to the skin. The inner non-woven fabric also has good moisture absorption, which can quickly absorb sweat from the body surface of medical staff, keep the skin dry, and improve work efficiency and comfort.
