Self-cleaning filter is suitable for emulsion, grease, resin, paint, honey,syrup,fermentation liquid, glue and other viscous liquids.
The scraper self-cleaning filter is a precision equipment that removes the impurities intercepted by the filter element and protects the normal operation of other equipment in the system by driving the scraper by the deceleration motor. It can automatically discharge while single-machine continuous online filtration, no filter supplies are produced, and no manual cleaning is required. The liquid enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, controlled by advanced intelligent (PLC), according to the pressure difference, time setting can automatically open the sewage function, high degree of automation. It covers the requirements of various filtration accuracy from 20 um to 1000 um, and provides customers with filtration solutions that reduce cost and increase efficiency.
