We received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room.Available in high temperature silk print(The paint melt into glass) and low temperature paint(Pass adhesion test).Paint injection for holes,edges & grinding surface.

3)If the color is not frequently-used, please supply Pantone color code or Ral color code.

Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;

3.How about the MOQ?
Generally, there is no MOQ for processed glass, but if you want to received best price, the more quantity,the better price.
Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.
Products of different size and specifications could be mixed in one.
4.Should glass be tempered and what's the effect?
It depends on glass sizes / thickness.
To small size/thickness less than 3.2, we recommend chemical tempered(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness 3.2 or above, we recommend full thermal tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard / practical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.

natural corner,grind corner,round corner, right angle round angle, c angle with fine polished
