Working Princeple
The spiral feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which rotates through a pulley and a worm reducer to force the compressed material into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the required material amount of the host, a constant feeding pressure can be maintained to stabilize the quality of the pellets. If the feeding amount is too large, the electrical overload of the feeding device will occur; If the feeding amount is too small, it will not form balls.
