A: We are factory and have export right can export directly. Our company has its own R & D team, OEM & ODM & OBM are available. 

Q: When could I get the quotation?

A: We usually quote within 1 hours after we get your inquiry. 

Q: Do you accept small orders?

A: Pls fell free to contact us no matter how many products you want, we will try our best to get the best price for you. We can do 1PCS with customize for some of our items.

Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes sample is available.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Sample time 1 - 7 days, will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Mass production 7 - 30 days after receive the deposit, it depends on the amount of the orders.

Q: How should I pay for you if I place order to you?

A: Usually, the Payment terms Paypal, T/T, Visa, West Union could be accepted. 30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before the shipment.  

Q: What delivery ways we can use?

A: We can deliver through ship and air or express, and will recommend the best way to our customers.

Q: How about the delivery cost and tax cost?

A: Delivery cost is depend on the way, destination and weight. And tax is depend on customer's local customs.
