1.Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?

   A: We are factory and have more than ten years experience, all machines are made by ourself and we can provide OEM/ODM service as your requirement.

2.Q: what is your MOQ?

    A: We can offer the sample and any quantity is ok for our normal one,and if you inquired new OEM/ODM item,MOQ is 50pcs.

3.Q: What's your payment terms ?

    A: You can pay online alipay,T/T,L/C and Western Union; For the order amount less than 2000usd,100% in advance; and if amount more than    2000usd, 30% T/T in advance,the balance before shippment.   

4.Q: How about the ETD?

   A: Generally it is 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 3-7 days if the goods are not in stock, accord to the item and the quantity difference,please check with the sales when place the order.

5.Q: How about your after-sale service?

   A: We have English manual book for each machine and we provide on-line service to solove any problem you trouble.

6.Q: What about your warranty?

   A: Our warranty is one year, and almost machine parts can be replaced for free within 1year    expect the easily damaged ones.
