6-S Shaking Table

6-S shaking table is one of the main mineral gravity separators. It is widely used in the separation of tungsten,tin,niobium tantalum, other rare metals and precious metal ores. It is also for separation of metal, manganese and coal. For separation of tungsten, tin and other ores, its effective recovery of particle size range from 2 to 0.02mm.

The separation process of shaking table is on the tilting deck with reciprocating rifles(see following diagram). To feed the ore in the ore slot at the upper corner of the deck,meanwhile,to feed transverse water in the water slot. Then,under the gravity, transverse water flow and the inertia and friction caused by the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the deck, the ore particles,according to the gravity and particle layers,moved longitudinally along the surface of deck and laterally along the tilting deck. Thus,the ore particles with different gravity and size,along the direction of motion, flow from side A to side B in fan-shape, discharge from the concentrate area and tailing area. Then the ore particles are finally classified into concentrate, middling ore and tailing.   

6-S shaking table has advantages, such as high ore enrichment ratio, high separation efficiency, easy safeguarding and easy adjustment of stroke.
