The custom made glass bottles we are providing are available in flint (standard flint,super flint and extra flint), amber green (light green, dark green, and antique green), and blue types.
2.WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE TO GET CUSTOMIZED BOTTLE SINCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Designing bottle drawing: 2-5 days
Making bottle sample: 15-20 days
Making bottle molds: 15-20 days
Mass production: 10 days
3.WHAT KIND OF BOTTLE DECORATION CAN YOU OFFER?
Different styles of bottle decoration treatment like frosting, color painting.decoration firing. screen printing, electroplating, embossing, and precious metal stamping are available.
4.IS BOTTLE DESIGNING SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes, we can design your unique bottle and jar while the labels are not included.
5.WHAT METHODS DO YOU TAKE TO PROTECT THE GLASS BOTTLES DURING SHIPPING?
Given the inherently fragile nature of glass, there will certainly be breakage during transport but it is kept minimal (less than 1% of loss) We will compensate for your loss if there were bottles broken causing from our false packaging ways.
6.WILL YOU STERILIZE THE BOTTLES BEFORE SHIPPING?
No.Unless they are well sealed it is impossible to guarantee that the bottles would remain bacteria-tree during the transportation. If a sterilization treatment is required. please conduct it near the bottling facility, just before filling.
7.DO THE BOTTLES NEED TO BE CLEANED BEFORE FILLING?
Yes.Although we pack the bottles face down to reduce the possibility of contaminants getting inside the bottles, clients are suggested to clean the bottles prior to filling.
8.IS THERE LEAD OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN THE BOTTLES?
The glass itself has no lead or any other harmful chemicals.Upon request we can have the bottles tested in a testing facility for evidence.The inks used for labeling may contain lead and/or chromium to increase the color vibrancy.Since the labels are not in a direct contact with the liquid or food products,there are no regulations prohibiting the use of lead or chromium in labels.However we can adopt inks with no lead or chromium upon request.
