2. Can I send a picture to you then you open my private mold, produce the items at a competitive price?
Sure, our Company Specializes in Mold Design and Making according to Customers' Special Requirements, Drawings or Samples. We have chief engineer work on mold over 20 years. New Mold department has 10 engineers.
3. Can you provide Logo Printing Service ?
We support custom logo service. If you want put your own logo on band, just need send me clear JPG picture or AI file of your LOGO design, then I will charge left.
4. When can I get the price?
Within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are in urgent, please send email to us or leave message on trade-manger so that we can reply you in time.
5. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples with your logo ,design , etc .,we may need your sample charge, and charge will be refund once order confirmed.
6. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 pcs within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that starting inquiry two months in advance , so that you can get products without delay.
