1.The chemical composition & physical properties meets the requirement of natiaonal standard And send Testing Report to customers when shipment.
2.All valve body & parts are processed by CNC machine tools for ensuring product precision.
3.Every piece workblank must be tested by QC. Those defected workblank returns to bake again .
4.All products use petroleum and anti-rust oil to clean under high pressure before assembling works. Also clean the inside medium after pressure testing and the inner chamber cleanliness is up to the standard of GB/T7748 .
5.Every piece valve makes pressure testing as per national standard before shipment. Any defected goods prohibit to ship for client.
