A3: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 25-30 days for order quantity

A4: Yes. As long as you mail us formally an authorization letter to allow us to print your logo on our products before you confirm the samples.

A5: During the guarantee period, we will take responsibility to our products if occurs any quality problems, except products
deformation and artificial damage and incorrect installation.
