Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Our metal products are packed with foam and fiber membranes. The wood products are packaged with foam and wooden boxes. The glass products are packed with foam and wooden boxes.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW. FOB. CFR. CIF. DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 15-20 days after receiving your advance payment and all drawings get approved. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, sure.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: Sample cost has to pay. After QTY reaches 100 pcs, we will give you sample cost back.

Q7. Do you have QC inspect all goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have our strong QC team to do that before XF.

Q8. If client can not come for checking products, how to do?

A: We have video monitor all the production process, we can show to clients. Before shipping.we will send client lot of photos for checking details.
