Q5: How to control the delivery time?
It depends on the quantity, just like 500pcs, it is a sample order, we could arrange a finish in under 7-15 days, and for 10000-50000pcs, we could finish under 30 days. While for more than 100k pcs, we will try to finish under 40-50 days, shipment in two or three batches as arranged shipment schedule.
Q6: If there is a product quality problem, how should it be solved?
If happen the quality problem is, please offer to use video first, and then we will submit to our QC what the problem is, if there is a chance to remedy it, we will give a fast action to solve it.
