Single Screw Pump
Single screw pump is a kind of internal mesh rotary displacement pump, the main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator), due to the special geometry of the rotor, stator, respectively, to form a number of separate sealing cavity, rotor operation, the sealing cavity of the media continuously, uniformly, volumetrically unchanged from the suction end of the conveyor to the end of the pressure out. Because of these characteristics, progressive cavity pumps are particularly suitable for the following conditions.
1、Conveying high-viscosity media;
2、Conveying media containing solid particles or fibres;
3、The requirements of continuous, stable pressure, no periodic pressure fluctuations;
4、The requirements of small churning, do not destroy the inherent structure of the medium being conveyed;
5、Low noise.
