Description
Sanitary Constant Pressure Valve
* The valve body, valve core, and all components of constant pressure valve are made from AISI316L or 304 materials.
* The position of the valve core is controlled by adjusting the pressure of the compressed air, thereby achieving the desired pressure and flow rate.
* The exterior surface of constant pressure valve body is sandblasted and polished.
* The diaphragm is made of high-quality rubber and can withstand temperatures up to 140 degrees Celsius.

Constant Pressure Valve Configuration
The basic components of constant pressure valve include a valve body with a valve seat, a valve cover, a valve stem with a diaphragm unit, and a clamp.
Due to the 90-degree angle between the inlet and the bottom of the valve body, residual liquid cannot accumulate, making it more effective in cleaning.
Additionally, the special plunger design allows for a smaller liquid flow and a higher CIP (Clean-in-Place) flow.

The Constant Pressure Valve is remotely operated using compressed air.
This series of valves does not rely on any sensors in the product pipeline for operation. It only requires a pressure regulating device for the compressed air and a pressure gauge on the product pipeline to monitor the pressure in real-time.
A diaphragm/valve stem system can quickly respond to any pressure changes in the conveyed product and adjust the valve stem position accordingly to maintain the preset pressure.
When the pressure of the conveyed product increases, the valve will open; conversely, when the pressure decreases, the valve will close.
