And we have been making shoes for some foreign big brands for many years either directly or indirectly. Currently we have 8 pieces of shoe production lines amongh which seven is for making injected shoes and one is for making cemented shoes. This is an advantage compared to our Chinese counterparts. Our daily production capacity in one shift is 8000 pairs which enable us get our clients' orders done very quick. We currently not only hold 3 CE certificates but are also accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, LA and BSCI.

The steps of our quality control has three. The first step is checking the raw materials when they come. We will send back those that are not in line with our quality requirement. The second step is constantly watching the quality level during production. Correct problem instantly when problem is found. The third step is checking the finished goods one by one. This step ensures zero defect is put into box.

Typically, 1000 pairs is our minimum order quantity. If it is a model that has some special materials used, we need a higher quantity to get it started because raw materials supplier needs a MOQ to us.

What is your production capacity and delivery time?
Our daily capacity is 8000 pairs with 8 production lines. The delivery time will be normally 35-40 days if your order is not that big. If your orders gets regular, we will shorten the production cycle.
