1.Are you a Manufacturer or Trading Company?
We're manufacturer (4000㎡) in Jiangmen city, Guangdong province. And we have sales office in Guangzhou city (Canton).
2.Can you print our LOGO on the product? What's your MOQ?
The MOQ for our non-logo faucet and shower sets are just 10 pieces. Available in our warehouse.
We also accepted OEM orders. Our factory have laser printing machine and offer laser logo service. The MOQ for OEM order is100 pieces per item/color.
3.Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in marketing?
We're willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.We have a design team and a marketing plan design team to service our customers for this.
4.Do you provide samples?
Yes, but we do not provide free sample at present. You can take 1-5 pcs if you want to check the quality.
5.What's the shipping methods and Delivery Time?
Normally we'll send out small products by express (DHL or EMS or UPS). It takes average 3-8 working days, so you can get our goods quickly.
6.How much for the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on your quantity and shipping way(Air/ Sea/ Train). We'd like to find shippers for you after order is placed/ pre-place. Only need to confirm is your shipping information.
7.What's your payment terms?
We usually accept T/T (wire transfer) , L/C at sight, Western Union and some small payment by Paypal as well.
8.What about the warranty?
We are very confident on our products, and they will be well packed. So usually you will receive your order in good condition. The warranty is 5 years, we can provide free replacement or refund for the quality problems.
