Product Feature

2. The main machine adopts a pneumatic intermittent rotary lifting turntable mechanism to drive four groups of pneumatic clamps to rotate to complete the clamping and transfer function of the four-station pole group.

3. The main machine turntable rotates 90º and lifts once each time, and the pneumatic intermittent rotary lifting turntable mechanism rotates in sequence; four processes are installed in the pole group, sorting brushing ears and brushing agents, mold casting and welding, and removing the pole group.

4. The first station is the pole group loading process: it consists of a cylinder lifting and supporting plate mechanism and a pneumatic clamp. During the operation, the cylinder lifting and supporting plate mechanism cooperates with the pneumatic clamp on the turntable to manually operate the pole group loading, clamping, and 180º flipping of the clamp. At this point, the pole group loading process is completed, preparing for the next process.

5. The second station is the ear brushing and soaking agent process: it consists of a cylinder lifting and supporting plate mechanism and a pneumatic clamp, a reciprocating platform (brush, wire brush and flux box), and a sorting mechanism. Its function is to first tidy up the pole group and the pole ear, then use a wire brush to brush off the oxide layer on the pole ear, and then use a brush dipped in flux to brush the pole ear so that the flux is evenly brushed on the pole ear. This process is completed automatically.

6. The third station is the casting process: it consists of a cylinder lifting mechanism and a pneumatic clamp, a mold, a demolding mechanism, a lead melting furnace, a lead pump, and a cooling system. The working conditions of this station directly affect the quality of the cast-welded pole group. This process is completed automatically.

7. The fourth station is to take out the pole group and install the slot. It consists of a cylinder lifting support plate mechanism and a pneumatic clamp. Flip the clamp that has been flipped 180º before back to its original state, then loosen the clamp to let the cast-welded pole group fall on the pneumatic lifting support plate, and manually take out the pole group and install the slot to complete the entire welding process.
