Sterilization pot Introduction:
The fully automatic high-temperature sterilizing pot is suitable for sterilizing packaged products(Bottled products, canned products, bagged products).The sterilization pot is composed of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlocking device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several pipe orifices.
Application: Sterilization pot sterilization method is usually divided into steam, water sterilization, heating source support customize electric or steam heating,have rotary type and no rotary type.usually have water spray type and water bath type,different kind of packaged food have different suitable type.sterilization temperature max 125 ℃, according to different products in different time of heat preservation, achieve the purpose of killing bacteria, can be applied to meat products, dairy, egg, bean products, canned fruit, vegetable, beverage products such as food sterilization.
