Description Sucker Rod Centralizer

Sucker Rod Guide, or Sucker Rod Centralizer, is mainly used in pumping well to centralize sucker rod and reduce the friction between tubing and sucker rod. Can protect the sucker rod from wiping with tubing pipe.

The main difference between rotating twist on nylon sucker rod centralizerand non-rotating twist on nylon sucker rod centralizeris that the non-rorating twist on nylon sucker rod centralizernylon sleeve molded on alloy steel body. But rotating twist on nylon sucker rod centralizercan rotate freely. This makes rotating rod guide more flexible when it works.

Our API rotating sucker rod centralizer/Rotating Wear Resisting Sucker rod guides are made up of three components:

1.Spindle - 4140 (centralizer body).

2.Sleeve - Nylon co-polymer, to resist sand imbedment. Impervious to aromatics and H2S.

3.The temperature rating is 120°C (250°F)
