Introduction:
Silage bailer is widely used in bailing cornstalks, alfalfa, sugarcane leaves, sweet potato vines, reeds, soybean vines and other silages. If dry straws are added into some water and fungus, it also could be stored. Thus could make waste grasses into animal feeds, also could make up the shortage in animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Silages could be bailed then evenly packed by plastic films. Compactness is strong, not easy to loose. Silages could be stored for longer time.
2. Silages could be automatically conveyed into bailing system by belt conveyor. Belt conveyor works stably without noise. It is also safer for operators;
3. Air compressor with high pressure: it could decrease noise of vibration;
4. Electronic control box: all the functions could be achieved on electronic control box;
5. Silage net is fed by pneumatic brake, thus net is not easy to enwind onto rollers and feeding net speed is stable. At the same time, it could save silage nets.
6. Pressing rollers are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, processed by annealing. There are thirty rollers in total. By our design, silages could be pressed and baled tighter.
7. The principal axis is connected by double-row chains. Thus increase buffer to the Principal axis. Principal axis is protected and not easy to be broken.
