Working theory:
This equipment is made up of two parts: pressure swing absorption part and Stirling cooler.
Air will be compressed to0.7MPa after it flows into compressor. Then it comes into PSA system after it is cooled and purified (removal of water, oil and dust). Under the condition of alternating pressure, molecular sieve inside the PSA absorbs the rest of water, co2 and oxygen in the air in order to get nitrogen with certain purity or the absorbed water, CO2 and oxygen will be used to regenerate molecular sieve for next cycle. Two absorption cylinders switch mutually to provide continuous nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas pressure will be released to a lower level and it flows into Stirling Refrigerator to be cooled by coolant. Finally liquid nitrogen is obtained.
