The B-series melt pump is mainly used for pressurization and stable flow delivery of extruders or medium to high viscosity polymers. The main heating method is electric heating. Suitable for processes such as PS, PP, PET, PVC, PC, PMMA, PA, ABS, PE-LLD, etc.
Melt pumps are mainly used for the transportation, pressurization, and metering of high-temperature and high viscosity polymer melts. Widely used abroad for extrusion molding of plastics, resins, rubber, and synthetic fiber products. Application range
(1). It is used in the polymerization process to transport high-viscosity melts.
(2) Used in melt spinning and used as booster pump.
(3). Applied to extruder or injection molding machine to improve extrusion efficiency and reduce the load of extruder.
(4). It is used to transfer resin and melt resin to make the melt uniform and build pressure to the die head.

It is suitable for conveying liquids with relatively high viscosity and free of particulate impurities. It has the characteristics
of high output pressure, high viscosity of conveying medium, high use temperature, input port can be vacuum, speed adjustment is convenient, and the flow range is large. The material of the pump is resistant to temperature, wear and corrosion, and has sufficient strength and dimensional stability.
2, Working principle
It belongs to a positive displacement pump, which relies on the mutual meshing of the main and driven gears to change the working volume to convey the melt. The working volume is composed of the pump body, the tooth groove of the gear and the bearing sleeve with the side plate function. When the gear rotates, the melt enters the tooth groove of the two gears in the suction cavity. With the rotation, the melt is brought into the discharge cavity from both sides.
