2) The underfloor fuel tank with cutoff valves and fuel inspection hose with heavy duty fuel hoses.
3) Balance testing , Flotation and deck water-Tight and flotation testing make sure 100% safe .

1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this ship .
2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the cross joint of seam and other important place.
3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced qualified welders.
4) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing.
5) Solid floors will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm .
