Introduction
The scraper type self-cleaning filter is designed specifically for filtering high viscosity liquids, and is divided into two types: internal scraper self-cleaning filter and external scraper self-cleaning filter, which can meet various challenges you may encounter in industrial production.such as fine chemical industry, water treatment system, paper making, automotive industry, petrochemical industry, machining, coating and other industries.

The scraper type self-cleaning filter can automatically remove particles and impurities from the inner surface of the filter screen through mechanical scraping. It allows continuous online filtering, freeing hands without manual intervention, and has no consumables, saving production costs.








The Self Cleaning Process
Cleaning of the filter is carried out by the brush or the scaper which spirals across the screen; The Drain Valve opens and the Motor rotates the stainless steel brushes which sweep the inner surface of the cylindrical screen. The particles trapped on the screen are dislodged by the brushes and flushed out the drain valve. During the self cleaning process, which takes between 30 seconds,filtered water continues to flow downstream.
