Are you a Producer or a Distributor?
I.N.C.A.P. S.r.l. is a confectionery manufacturer, specialized in candies and based in Padua (Italy). Most items shown in the shop are of our own production, both the product itself (edible part) and the packaging (personalized part).
Are your products made in Italy?
Most of our candies are made in Italy.
Do I have to develop the graphic design of the products by myself?
We provide all the layouts via e-mail.

Our graphic designer will create and send you via e-mail a digital preview (proof sheet) according to the information you provide, to be approved. This graphic proposal and its first modification are free of charge.
In any case, you will receive a proof of confirmation by email before printing.

Can I prepare my print data?
All the images used in your data (colour and grayscale) must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (in CMYK). Pantone colours are needed in some types of printing. Bitmap files must have a resolution of at least 1200 dpi – however, a vector file is recommended. Embedded images cannot be processed, so please include the original image files. In general, the minimum font size which will still be legible is 6 pt for positive prints and 8 pt for negative prints.
Please convert all fonts into vector paths. If this is not possible, then we will require your original fonts.
Please note that relevant parts of your design should not be placed directly at the edge of the format, in order to ensure your advertisement appears correctly.
Adapting data that does not fulfil the above properties will result in additional costs.

Yes. Please feel free to contact us and tell us your needs.
Is the graphic proposal checked before printing?
Yes, of course. We will send the Customer a proof for final approval before printing within 24 hours of receiving the order and the graphic file.
