Installation Instructions
Fiber Cement Board Installation for Drywall:
1. Galvanized Metal Frame:
Fix top and bottom keels with expansion bolts; align vertical keels (612mm apart) and install lateral supports.
2. Board Material Fixing:
Cut boards 10mm shorter than wall height. Fix with tapping screws (200-250mm apart) and sink 0.5mm. Maintain a 4mm expansion gap. Secure from the center outward to prevent buckling. Optionally, fill with insulation (glass/rock wool).
