Q: How many different types of products your company manufactures?

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Of course. We usually provide an existing sample for free. If you need more than one sample, it need sample fee.
We also can provide customized samples to you, but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above 2000pcs.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, in 2-3 days will be sent out.
If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, which is subject to your designs whether need new printing screen or not.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 20-25 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.

A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept Western Union. We also can do credit insurance order from Alibaba.
