GLORY TANG's Aerogel Felt is a flexible and highly efficient insulation blankets in which silica aerogel is composite with fibers, Perfect for the insulation in pipes, tanks, vessels, and other applications.
It is the ideal option for those in need of better insulation performance and lower energy consumption.
Aerogel is the lowest thermal conductivity of any present-recognized solid, with this super nano-granule, HT800 Series is a flexible, environmentally- friendly easy-handled insulation material which makes it the leading product in the industry.
It was an Aerogel insulation blanket with fiberglass, similar to Pyrogel XT and Spaceloft ( mainly used for hot &heat insulation and building insulation, working temperature from -200ºC to 800ºC), the thermal conductivity from 0.017-0.023 W/m.k

Excellent thermal insulation performance at ultra-high temperature
With nanoporous silica (SiO2) aerogel as the core material, and composited with ceramic fiber, its thermal conductivity is extremely low even at ultra-high temperatures up to 1300℃.
Easy to install and extremely low thermal bridge
The thickness of its insulation layer is only 1/5~1/3 of that of conventional insulation materials. Therefore, the thermal insulation blanket is easy to cut and install, and easy to overlap the edges, which can minimize thermal bridges.
Waterproof
Hydrophobic rate ≥99%. Does not absorb water or moisture. The thermal insulation blanket can prevent CUI from occurring in pipes and equipment and extend their service life.
Flame retardant
Flame retardant grade: Grade A. It can effectively prevent open flames and fires in pipes and equipment.
Durable and long service life
The thermal insulation blanket is an aging-resistant inorganic material with a dense and stable material structure, high compression resilience and high hydrophobicity, and its service life can be the same as that of pipes and equipment.
Non-toxic and environmentally friendly
It does not contain harmful substances such as asbestos, benzene, formaldehyde, etc. The entire production process and application process are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It can be reused after dismantling, no need to worry about industrial waste disposal.
