Q1.Customized Design Service
R1: We have RD teams which can provide OEM & ODM design services, can work with you on the design proposals. pls feel free to contact with us on your design inquiries.
Q2. Sample Service
R2: For the customized design sample, it will take 7-14 days lead time to make the 1st sample. We will need charge sample cost but would be refunded to you once order qty per design (cum order qty is also good) is up to 1000pcs.
Q3. About Sample Approval
R3: Generally, there are 2 ways for sample approval when sample is out. When there is a time constrict, sample could be approved by customer through photos and video; Other way is sending the sample to customer site for approval
Q4. About MOQ
R4: MOQ is 100pcs for customized design and 10 for RTS products. Price will be better when order qty is upper.
Q5. About the Delivery
R5: Our RTS parts can be shipped out within 3-7 days after paying the order, the customized design bulk order will be delivered in 20-30 days per design and order qty, after doing the 1st or full payment.
Q6. About Payment
R6:Payment can be done through Alibaba trade assurance and TT. It’s 100% payment for sample order. For bulk order, it’s 50% or above deposit along with PO released and 100% before shipment, payment terms can be negotiable with long term business relation.
Q7. About Shipping
R7: For sample and urgent shipments, we often propose express and air shipping. For bulk order and schedule allows, more prefer to
be shipped by sea which is more cost effective. The shipping way can be down-selection base on the timing,cost and services case
by case.
