Double beams electric overhead bridge traveling magnetic crane
Double beams magnetic crane with removeable electric disk is especially suitable for heavy loading and unloading and handing of magnetic ferrors in fixed spans indoors or in the open air in metallurgical plants.
Double girders magnet crane also commonly used in factories and warehouse to transport materials such as steel, iron blocks, scrap iron, scrap steel and iron filing. It should be with rain-proof equipment when used in the open air.
The basic structure of an electromagnetic crane for lifting equipment is the same as that of a hook overhead crane. The different is that a DC lifting electromagnetic is hung on that hook to lift ferrous metals with magnetic conductivity. And its products. Usually, the AC power is converted into DC power through the metor generator set on the bridge platform or the thyristor DC box installed in the driver's cabin, and then the DC power is used by the special cable reel set on the trolley frame.
