It is configured with hopper, vibrating feeder DN4911, primary jaw crusher PE-750*1060, cone crusher DN1400, vibrating screen 2YD2160, VSI DN9000, 3-layer vibrating screen 3YD2160, and belt conveyors.
Processing:
1. The truck unloads the stones into the hopper, the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the
hopper;

3. The crushed output materials from the primary jaw crusher will be transported to the secondary cone crusher by a belt conveyor;

6. 5-35mm materials will be crushed and shaped by VSI crusher, the output materials will be transported to the second vibrating screen;
7. After the screening, will get 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-31.5mm materials, the +31.5mm materials will be transported back to VSI crusher.
The role of VSI crusher in this setup for producing high standard output materials for mixing stations, asphalt stations, etc.

The 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-30mm final products will be transported out by belt conveyors to stockpiles, +35 materials will be transported to the transfer silo for re-crushing.

For the 300tph sand making line, the truck transfer the original stone with input size under 700mm into vibrating feeder DN6013, and it transfer the stones to jaw crusher PE-9000*1200,after first crushing the material get 100mm size,and then it goes to a hopper to synchronize jaw crusher and cone crusher working at the same time,and second crushing cone crusher,the output (0-50mm) of cone crusher transfer to the first vibrating screen by belt conveyor.
The first vibrating screen is with 4 layers,mesh size 50mm,40mm.32mm.25mm, (capacity around 350tph),then get output 0-25mm, 25-32mm,32-40mm,40-50mm, the size over 50mm go back to cone crusher, and the size under 25mm go to another vibrating screen to get size 0-6mm,6-12mm,12-19mm,19-25mm, 0-6mm size material with
2 wheel sand washer.
