A1: Don’t worry, when the power semiconductor devices arrive at the clients’ plant, our engineer will go and assist in installation, commission, and training until the workers can operate by themselves.

A2：We offer at least 1 year warranty for our products.
Q3：If damages happen when in use, how do you solve?
A3：Our engineer always standby for help and we will send the spare parts to you as soon as possible.
