Q2: What products do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in food grade plastic aluminum foil packaging bags, Doypack / stand Up zipper pouches,Spouted pouches, Kraft pouches, coffee bag, food grade plastic film(Could be used directly by Packaging machines), matte/frosted slider zipper bags, self-adhesive bags, shopping bags/non-woven grocery bags, courier poly bags, bubble mailers, vacuum& high-temperature steamed sterilization bags , etc.
Q3: What’s the minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ for gravure printing (up to 10 colors) is 5,000, Digital Printing 500 and Silkscreen Printing 100.
Q4: Are samples available for me to check the quality? If so, what is the cost of shipping and delivery time?
A: Yes, if there are similar samples available in stock. Customer Just pay for the Freight cost.
If you need a customized sample, Customer pay for the sample &freight costs.
The customized sample cost depends on your design(size, material, printing, etc).
Freight charges depend on your location. Tell me your address, and I will choose the most favourable way for you.
Q5: What format of my design files do you need?
A: We accept PSD, AI, CDR, or PDF files with a high resolution. Please note that we need files for different layers of the design.
Q6: If I am not completely sure as to which bag will be the best for my product, would you be able to assist me in choosing the most suitable bag?
A: Yes most certainly! We have an experienced sales team that will be able to assist you every step of the way.
Q7: How do I pay for my order?
A: After you’ve placed your order on Alibaba, the system will send you a payment link that you can click, and it will take you to the payment page. There you’ll have a choice to pay with Western Union, Visa, Master Card, PayPal, T/T (wire transfer), or with various other payment methods.
Q8: How are the bags shipped?
A: Bags are shipped with express couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx) air- or sea freight. We can advise which one is suitable for your order.
