1. Can i order a sample to test before placing order?
Yes, you can order a sample. Normally we only ship the sample by air express, the shipping cost is expensive accordingly for you. If possible, we kindly advise you order at least 20 units, then we can ship by sea to save cost for you. You can trust our products quality.

2. What compressor do you use?
We use the LC compressor and China top 1 brand compressor as you want.. Their price will be different. If used LG compressor, then will charge more 20USD.

3. Are you factory or trading company? Where are you?
We are 100% factory and we focus on portable fridge freezers. We are in Foshan city, which is only 30 mins to Guangzhou.

4. Can you do my logo on the products?
Yes, we can do your logo brand on the products when your order quantity is over 300 units.

5. What is your lead time?
Normally, it is around 15 --30 days when order quantity is less than 3000 units.

6. Can you ship the order to me?
Yes, we can help to ship the order to you by air express or sea. We work with long term cooperation freight agent who is
professional in shipping refrigerators.

7. What is your payment term?
Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance payment before shipping or against the copy of B/L.
