Application:
It can produce all kinds of floating or sinking aqua feed for fish, eel, shrimp, crab, loach, bullfrog,etc, and can produce many kinds of pet feeds for cat, dog, and etc. The pellet size can be from 0.9-15mm to feed different size fishes. High capacity and top quality products.
Feature:
1. Our fish feed extruder is of single screw design.
2. The pellets extruded from pellet mill is about 80℃ and moisture content is 18%-20%, so you should equip a dryer and cooler if the capacity is more than 500kg/h. While for small capacity, you can complete the drying and cooling with a cooler.
3. We provide technical formula for making floating fish feed pellets after placing order.
4. We send extra easy wear parts for free including two sleeves, one screw, one cutting knife and three die mould
5. Entire Production Line Flow chart: Material - Crushing - Mixing - Making pellet - Drying - Cooling - Seasoning - Packaging
Suitable Raw Material:
Such as: Flour,corn meal,soybean meal,maize meal ,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

A: The wet type extruder own a conditioner, which need a steam boiler assistance while the dry type extruder doesn’t. In this case, the dry type is cheaper than wet type.Besides, the wet type extruder max output is 4ton/hour, and dry type max output is 2ton/hour. So Wet type is more suitable for medium and large scale fish feed plant, and dry type is more suitable for small scale plant.Morover, the feed pellets made by wet type extruder is much smooth and with better quality.
