Slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps which do heavy duty.

Parts in contacting with the medium are made of latest wear-resistance 27% chrome alloy white iron with hardness 62HRC over, which has an excellent feature for maximum resistance to strong abrasive, coarse particle.They are designed for transferring the highly abrasive or corrosive slurry, high density slurry,they are popular in the metallurgical, mining, coal,power station, sea water river water & channel dredging, building material and other industrial departments.The discharge of pump can be in eight positions to suit installations and applications.The shaft seals can be adoptable of gland seal or expeller seal,or mechanical seal.

1)Top Quality Material:Our Pump wet parts are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy.

2)Bearing assembly:Our Pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front,liner easily.They can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal for all slurry pump.

3)Liners:easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued to the casing for positive maintenance.
4)Casing – Casing halves of cast or ductile iron provide high operating pressure capabilities.

5)Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination.
6)Throatbush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered.

7)The discharge branch:It can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications at its working site.

8)Wide performance:good NPSH and high efficiency. The slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
