 A  After paid 30% deposit we'll work out 1pcs pp sample based on color&size you customized, then show pictures&video to confirm, pp sample confirmed OK we move on mass produciton, pp sample not OK we return all 30% deposit back you and all material&lable cost paid ourselves, if you still feel worried to check sample by video we can ship it to you, but 30USD shipping fee is on your said, kindly understand :)

 Q  2. The pp sample looks good but how can I know mass production quality is the same? 

 A  We'll show you some pictures for mass produciton quality we did before, and also take some pictures for your goods once it well finished, then let your know packing info. and shipping fee together, after all confirmed no problem you can pay 70% balance when feel no risk. all our orders 100% inspected one by one before shipping no matter 300pcs or 30000pcs, since we wanna everything moves safe, easy and happy. 

 Q  3. I need 800pcs urgently, what can you do to support us?

 A   If you can accept 800pcs into two shipments, let's ship 100-200pcs to help occupy market firstly (may takes about 6-9 days after paid), and balance 500-600pcs comes later, just let us know your time schedule firstly so we know how to support adjust our produciton line for you.

 Q  4. I wanna mix colors, how many colors can I mix?

 A   The best we can do MOQ 300pcs/design mix 2 colors, but each color quantity may not the same, for example like 142pcs black+168pcs brown=300pcs, since material supplier have MOQ request ask take 1 large pieces leather back not allowed to cut, and each piece of leather size not the same. 

 Q  5. Price in your web. is exactly?

 A   The web. price is not exactly just rough estimated, since some clients wanna it be luxury go with genuine leather, size longer or wiider, and some of them wanna cut cost or no animal skin so ask for PU imitation leather, also different quantity like 300pcs and 3000pcs labor cost large difference, so our exactly price is quote based on client's requirement on size, material, quantity etc.
