The Directly-heated Drummed Bitumen Decanter asphalt melting equipment is mainly composed of the barrel body, the  barrel platform, the  barrel turning into the barrel integrated device, the heat conducting oil heating system and the electrical control system.

The box is divided into two chambers, the upper chamber is the barreled asphalt melting chamber, and the heating coils are distributed all around. The heating tubes and the asphalt drums mainly exchange heat in a radiation way, so as to achieve the purpose of asphalt drum removal. The two guide rails are the tracks for the asphalt drums to enter. The lower chamber mainly talks about the asphalt out of the bucket to continue heating. After the asphalt reaches a certain temperature, the asphalt pump is started. Through the asphalt pipeline system, it comes out from one end of the stripper and drives into the other end of the stripper for circulation. In this way, it can be heated up and dehydrated, and pumped into the asphalt storage tank after basically reaching the use temperature and no moisture. It is mainly composed of drum box, lifting mechanism, hydraulic propeller, heat conduction oil heating system, heat conduction oil pipeline system and electrical control system.

In the asphalt pipeline system, a filter is installed to automatically remove the asphalt slag in barrels. The lifting mechanism adopts the cantilever structure, and lifts the asphalt bucket by the electric hoist. The asphalt bucket is placed on the turning platform through the moving coordination of the rotary crane, and the bucket is turned down from the turning platform to the opening, and the barrel is pushed into the asphalt melting chamber by the hydraulic cylinder.

Sinoroader | Barrel-melting Body Bitumen  In order to ensure the heat-dissipation efficiency and prevent heat loss,the device is completely insulated with 100 mm rock wool. The inside of the equipment is divided into upper and lower rooms. The upper room is for heating the bitumen barrel. The upper chamber temperature is kept at about 70 degrees.The bitumen in the barrel is softened by heat and flows out to the lower chamber of the equipment. The melted bitumen continues to be heated in the lower chamber to pumping temperature (120℃).

In the asphalt pipeline system, a filtering device is provided to automatically remove the barreled asphalt slag. The burner heating device is equipped with a heat-conducting oil pump to accelerate the heat-conducting oil circulation and accelerate the heat exchange rate between the heat-conducting oil on the upper part of the equipment and the asphalt drum.
