1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 200pcs. we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. Samples charge is refundasble when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. Thay are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7 -10days, subjet to you designs
whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make mockup for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We have stock color for your choice. Also If you to customize color, you need to us the Pantone color code you need . We will
match the colors.
Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds shipping way?
By Express By air By sea By railway /truck
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% before shipping
