In our workshop, customization and modification are always available, we have built the customized trailers projects for more than 6 years.For example , the trailer color, trailer dimension, inner layout, wood color and etc, all can be built by our like and requirement.
3.Are they come with Australia standard or other standard?
Our biggest market is Australia, chassis is designed by the Australia rv industry asspociation engineer to meet the AU standard to export to other country. Our campers and caravans also will changed to adapt that country standard, including us standard and EU standard.
4. what is the delivery time?
Usually the production time is 45 working days after deposit received, if need to make changes on your model, it will be a little longer.
5. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP.
6.How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?
Good quality, competitive price and great after-sales service.
7.Do you test the caravan/RV before shipping?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
8. What is your payment terms?
40% deposit, and then balance be paid before shipping. We would take photos and videos for your review by then, and 3rd party inspection is welcomed.
9. What is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 1 years. Free parts would be supplied.
