Q: Do you have a catalogue with price list to send?

No, we don’t have a catalogue as our styles updated often.  You may provide us the styles you are looking for and where your market is and we will send you proper style images for selecting accordingly.

Q: Can I get a sample first? Are small trial orders acceptable?

A: Yes for both questions.  We can provide you 1 existing sample of each style for free if we have stock.  Small trial orders are acceptable.  We are willing to communicate with you for details.

Q: What is your MOQ?  Can I mix colors and styles?

A: 300pcs for sunglasses.  If we have the styles you need in stock, ONE PIECE is OK.  If you want to print your own logo, MOQ is 600pcs per order with two colors mixed per style for you.

Q: What’s the lead time for the samples and bulk orders?

A: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment. For custom order quantity within 5000PCs, production time is 25~30 days after all details confirmed.

Q: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?

A: We can provide pre-production samples for your approval before proceeding into bulk.  Once approved, we will proceed the bulk as per the pre-production samples.

Q: What's your sample delivery and bulk delivery time?

A: If you need specific colors and logos for sampling, it will take about 3 weeks to complete.

For bulk orders, 5-7 days for ready goods.  60 days will be a regular lead-time for sunglasses and readers.

Q: Can you help us produce my design styles?
